Personalized Items
As we are a customization business, we do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds on all personalized gifts and items as they are made-to-order. All measures will be taken to the best of our ability to ensure you are completely happy with your design before we ship out your purchase.
This can be done through email, Whatsapp or on Tiktok live to make sure you are satisfied with the personalization of your purchase.
In the event that your purchase has arrived incorrect or damaged, please contact us on tinyfactory.au@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can rectify it.
Non-personalized Items (beads, cords, charms etc)
If you are dissatisfied with any non-personalized items (e.g. craft supplies) please contact tinyfactory.au@gmail.com within 72 hours to arrange for a credit note or refund for returns.
· Please note that all shipping costs associated with returns are at the responsibility of the purchaser.
· All returns must be on trackable shipping.
· All items must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
· No refunds or exchanges will apply to clearance or products that are on sale.
